Our History: 15 Years of Innovation in Robotic Drug Control

For over 15 years, Icônes Services has been developing robotic medication monitoring solutions. It is with our QCRx® robot that we have made a name for ourselves in the pharmaceutical world.

Our goal was to create a machine that would guarantee pharmaceutical laboratories precision, traceability and safety of preparations.

How it all began

QCRx® is the result of decades of technological innovation. Our journey began with Microdom, a pioneering analysis system in the food industry, particularly for quality control in oenology. Building on this initial success, we evolved to QCprep, a more advanced control solution, which already marked a major step forward in the pharmaceutical sector.

QCRx®, our robotic medication monitoring solution, is the result of a collaboration between generations. Drawing on expertise passed down and enriched over the years, we have designed a robot that redefines the standards of pharmaceutical monitoring.
