The data we collect
- Demo or contact form: last name, first name, work email, institution, number of preparations per year, subject and message.
- “Le Café QCRx®” newsletter: work email.
We do not collect any patient data.
Why we use them
- To answer your request and organise the demonstration. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract.
- To send you the Café QCRx®. Legal basis: your consent. Every issue contains an unsubscribe link.
Who has access
The Icônes Services teams, and the technical service providers who work for us: Hostinger, which hosts the site, HubSpot, which receives the requests sent through the demo or contact form (account hosted in the European Union), and Google Analytics, for audience measurement if you accept it (see the Cookies page). Newsletter sending tool: to be completed. Your data are never sold.
How long
Demo or contact requests are kept for three years after our last exchange, as recommended by the CNIL (the French data protection authority) for prospects. Newsletter subscriptions, until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, their rectification or erasure, object to their use, restrict their use or obtain a copy. Write to us at the address given above. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
